my problem is that one of the windows is in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen, and usually u'd move it by dragging the title bar. but that is so high up it's off the screen, so the only part of that particular window i can see is "file, edit, view" etc. and i know if u right-click, it'll give u the options to move that window and resize it. so how do u move and resize? cause whenever i pick those options, i'll get the four-directional arrow, so whenever i try to move it, it doesn't budge...help!

If you really can't reach it, go and right click your desktop go to properties, last tab and change the resolution of your screen to something higher or lower then hit apply. Windows should go shuffle everything around until it looks nice, then set it back to what it was before.

thanks, though i found the solution later that night, idk how...i think it's cause i was clicking around all crazily cause i got so frustrated...hehe, but thanks once again, i'll remember this tip next time something like that happens....((hopefully there won't be a next time)).
