How Do You Lose Weight In Your Shoulders And Chest Area?

I've done yoga for 30 minutes for 5 days a week and was running 30 minutes for 5 days a week for about 6 weeks and it seems that this is the only area that still doesn't want to give up weight. Any tips or suggestions? Losing weight in your face isn't really possible either right?

you would lose weight overall o_o if you are workign out not in jsut specific areas o-o but i dotn think you can lose weight in yrou shoulders.. after all yoru shoulders is just bone o_O? and muscle?

shoulders? They are just bones.
if you have wide shoulders, nothing u can do about them.

It is not possible to reduce fat/size in one specific area through exercise. With healthy eating and exercise, genetics will determine where you will shrink

from what i remember reading, you can spot tone but fats are lost overall

yah omg i hate my shoulders cuz they're broad but yeh i don't think you can loose weight from there since it's bone, i think you can just slim your arms and then your shoulders would appear slimmer? like your upper arms?

and chest area, i don't wna loose weight there as in my boobs haha but yeh like by the armpit i have a bit of this flabby bit, dunno what it is and dunno how to get rid of it!

ya cause my shoulders are rather broad and at one point the part where my arm connected to my torso was really defined but i didn't know what i did to get it like that. I also want like my collar bone to be more defined and stuff. Some people have said to do push-ups and downward dog. The upper arms are really getting on my nerves though so I'm just gonna do a lot of weight training and hopefully that will go away for summer. BATHING SUIT SEASON. tears.gif unsure.gif So ya I'm getting ready for that but tests and exams are killing me right now and I need to figure out a plan of attack.

Well.... I heard from somewhere that swimming helps with toning shoulders and maybe chest? But swimming sorta makes the shoulders broader....

^ Don't push ups make the shoulder broader?
