I don't know if it's out specifically for America unlocked, but a lot of retail/online stores in America have them in stock.

@yunafied: If you want a good camera phone, then get a Sony Ericsson K850. It has a lot of features like the shine and more.

that phone was released awhile ago hehe

but i saw one in LA & it's the European version (that mean it's in english only, no Korean)
the price is $300 with new contract and $400 for just the phone

I have it... Its been out in Europe for a few months now... Yeah the camera kinda sucks. When you take a pic, you have to stand really still or the picture will turn out blurry. And the phone scratches really easily.. !!!
I just the phone last week.. and I have like 6 scratches on the back of the phone already... And i didnt drop it or anything..
