how do i burn a avi file that has subs as a sperate file to dvd

Thats a difficult question, very common but its actually a challenge.
In the stickie at the top, they "cant play avis" or something the first reply has 2 links for subbing and converting to dvds which uses Nero. Of course the nice alternative is to get something like ConvertXtoDVD

I believe ConvertXToDVD is the only software that can do that, because you can turn the subs on or off and read somewhere that it's a separated file.
