My dad always says this to me. He always gets so mad at me when I sleep without drying my hair or just leave my hair wet in general.

He says I'll get bad headaches when im older and some other stuff.

I just want to know if any of your guy's parents or friends say this and if it's true.

&& does caffiene actually stunt your growth? or tea more specifically..

I always go sleep with my hair wet, and my mom always gets mad at me, but she says I'll get sick.
Ahah, which happens once in a while.
I'm not so sure about the coffee thing, but I've always stayed away from it, since I'm short enough and I don't care for the taste. D:
People say it stunts your growth, but I've read articles that says it doesn't... so I don't know.

yeh i think you get headaches if you go to bed with wet hair
& besides, doesnt your hair turn out really weirdly in the morning when you wake up?
i've slept with semi-dried hair before and in the morning it's always flying everywhere ><

My mom said if you sleep with wet hair you can get head aches, and no coffee does not stunt your growth. My coach told me that.

Yeah my parents say the same thing.
But I take a shower in the morning cause sleeping with my hair wet ruins my hair.

Yes you will get sick from sleeping with your hair wet. I've done it (nearly) every night since as far back as I can remember and I get the worse headaches ever, often. It'll probably get even worse when I'm older because I still leave my hair soaking wet. My parents used to ALWAYS tell me this but now my mother is not here anymore (RIP) and my dad is so busy all the time to check up on me at night. So I still leave it wet. I hate waiting for it to air dry or blowdrying it because it damages my hair a lot.

And no coffee will not stunt your growth, I think that's just a myth but the fitness instructor at my school told me coffee will not stunt your growth but too much caffiene is bad for you anyways.

omg me too! my dad ALWAYS remind me multiple times to go blow dry my ahri after i wash it. he says i'll get bad headaches when i get older, garunteed. but i like letting my hair dry the natural way, it has more volume that way.

i don't know if coffee will stunt your growth, but maybe, because my mom says it's bad for growing ppl to drink coffee. but i do know that soda is extremely bad for you- it can melt a tire! you can do an experiment: pour a cup of soda and put a chicken bone in it for like 1 day or 2. it'll dissolve O.O

sleeping with wet hair will not get you sick. Germs and bacteria gets you sick.

Whether it'll give you headaches...not sure.

they told me that you can get headaches and a cold
a cold because your hair is wet > cold hair > cold atmosphere > yeah...
I guess it's just naturally known that it's bad for you
...but I don't care XD...I'm always lazy to blow dry =P

s m i l i n g even when you don't feel like doing so is an a m a z i n g thing [♥]

Yep. I'm sorta living proof. In seventh grade, I used to be on a private swim team that had practice till like 9-10pm. So I'd get home and shower and leave my hair wet (or kinda wet; it was always important to try to at least get the roots dry) and go to sleep (swim practice=exhaustion). Anyways, after doing this for about six months, I got attacked with a series of the WORST migraines ever... So yep.
