It's spring so it means its allergie season... I was wondering what do you guys do to help your allergies...? I am dying ever year in this time by them. I have tried many products but none make me fully satisfied. What do you use?!

I use Claratin-D. You would need to purchase this at the pharmacy counter because it has the active ingredient pseudoepherine...which is can be used to synthesize methamphetamine. LOL

i use the benedryl allergy dissolve strips that you put on your tongue, kinda like listerine. it tastes minty too! except i've found that it takes a while, like 30 mins for it to start working for me :/

I used Claritin for awhile, but I found Claritin-D works better for immediate effect. The pseudophedrine is a nasal decongestant that helps clear up ickiness. The antihistamine just keeps it from coming back... I like using both.

google: neti pot
supposedly it's better than any drug out there.
i havent gotten my hands on one but i will soon.

it's this pot that you put in luke warm water and special salt,
you tilt your head and with the sprout in one nostril you pour it in
and it comes out the other nostril..
sounds scary but i actually tried it with a water bottle and it feels great but i had none of that special salt.
And I wish that we had never talked,
Our hips said it all..

My doctor prescribed me Alavert 12 Hour but that stuff only lasts me 3 hours! I'm trying to see if he can prescribe me Allegra which has worked well for me in the past. I was also prescibed Flonaze, the nose spray but I hated spraying stuff up my nose so I stopped using it.

if you go to like a organic market or something like that
they sell bee pollen and it's usually local pollen and you take a spoonful a day or so and your build an immunity

I used to always take Allegra, but that stuff stopped working for me.
Since I have PE daily at school, I take Claritin the 24 hour one every morning before I leave for school.
I love it.
It seriously works really well ^^

Allegra, Flonase, and Allergy shots. I get horrendously bad allergies. I have been severely sick twice within the past 2 months. Claritin 24 hours lasts about 4 hours for me. I happen to be really allergic to things like grasses, weeds, and trees that you really can't control whatsoever.
