a lot of people have been saying how their data headphone jack of their ZVM or other Creative player smells like bubblegum and fruity- just another Creative Labs added in?

when i first smelled mine(yes, i actually did something as bizzare as this), i was thinking it too sickening to actually believe there was a smell. but another whiff smelled a scent of grapes and the new car smell



so....what does YOUR ZVM smell like?

so weird yeah i noticed that, but i just ignored it until now, but def, new car smell + some fruit

Yeah, my Zen Micro has a slightly sweet smell to it. Probably from the glue they use to hold the top together.

Well, I it's a bit hard to smell since I've had mine for awhile,
And my room smells like perfume so yea...
But I do smell something like a new car scent...

smell it? i think i read from somewhere that those cords contain some chemicals that might cause cancer or something~~ it says so in its manual, warning section..
