So its almost summer time here and Im starting to work out in preparation for beach time! and I was wondering if anyone knew of anyy butt workouts i guess because i'm clueless! I want that line that the model has! please help a shapeless butt girl in need!

they'll help ya

oh & run every morning... its a pretty good exercise to make ur butt like that & thigh firm

that bikini bottom is so cute-heart shaped! but you'd definitely need an awesome butt to pull that off.
um, squueze your butt muscles all the time? you could do it anywhere.. in class, while watching tv, doing hw, etc

going up the stiars... walking up some hills.. i can't really explain it but when u walk up u should aim it at ur butt lol

do these exercises where you're on the ground on all fours (actually, elbos and knees) and then lift your leg backwards up and down.

hahahaha hmm, WALK AND EXERCISE A LOT.

And swim. it helps a lot.

but since you have quite little time, do somewhat hardcore training at the gym.

squaaats.

squats will get you that in like, a matter of weeks. believe me. really defines your butt and makes it all firm. do it with weights. i usually squat 130 lbs, buuuut i suggest you go with something lower x] ahaha. SQUATS WILL DO IT FOR YOU I PROMISE.
