well today i went grad dress shoppping
and gosh i just HATE the feeling of trying on a dress and finding out its either too small, it doesnt accentuate (sp?) your figure, or it makes you look just plain fat.
sighh dry.gif
now im more motivated to lose weight
esp. my thigh, butt, and stomach
seriouslyy i literally didnt look good in any of the dresses
:/

so any exercises you would recoomend to lose the fat around that area?
& lose weight in generaL?

Jump roping. smile.gif
It's pretty good and it actually works.
I'm guessing you should start at 1000 a day.
But remember to stretch before you start.

there has to be a dress that shows off your figure and virtues! since graduation is so close, going on a crazy diet now isn't a good idea haha... just try to show off what you have ^^ have nice shoulders? wear strapless dress! don't have a superflat tummy? try a looser dress... don't like your thighs? wear a longer dress!

so yeah, haha. i was grad dress shopping today too and i finally found the perfect dress after MUCH searching and i love it. only 25$ tooo so yeah, good deal. try something that you wouldn't normally wear... good luck!

and also -- i found that ddr works wonders for thighs. i did about 30mins a day for a month and when it hit skirt season (about now) i was pleasantly suprised that my thighs looked alot skinnier O_O
smile. you don't know who's day you're making. :)

If those are the areas that bother you, you should try babydoll style dresses...fitted on the top, with an empire waist, flowing away from your stomach, thighs etc. It seems to be all the rage lately anyways, in pretty much every store you walk into. I finished university this past april so it's been forever since my high school formal/prom...but i found that the typical "formal" dresses out there were usually boring/okay and girls would show up in the same dresses sometimes. go out there and just find something that looks good on you, don't limit yourself to typical formal dresses. good luck!

Skinny people have the same problem too...no curves, so you look like a stick. And dresses are MUCH harder to find.
Not everything bad goes to fat people.
No matter what body type, it's always hard to find a dress...because there is no ONE dress that fits everyone perfectly. It takes time and patience to find it.

Thigh..butt..and stomach.
For thighs + butts...do lunges.
For stomach...start out with cardio (get your heart pumping) and then do situps and such.

Good luck!!!

1000 jumps ropes are day??? dood so what about my hundred a day T____T

ok so
for thigh/butt running's the best way to go but always stretch becasue you might end up with bigger calves due to muscles building up
jump rope i heard helps your stomach more then body but since it's jumping, it slims down your body overall
leg lifts also are good for stomach but when you do them, put like a dumbell or really heavy dictionary on yoru stomach to get the best result. Oh and try to do it non-stop; most effective.
and finally, throw in some yoga/stretching exercise. These help me wiht my stomach to get the hourglass shape thing or whatever =___=

and remember to always eat healthy!! All these exercise won't do no good if you're replacing the calories you burn with more food

yepp..

wow.

haha, how long do you usually jump rope?
I can't do more than 5 straight minutes. haha.

Running helps a lot, but if you get bored easily, dance. Playing some fast paced music and dancing (even if it's slightly weird ) is a great and fun way to work out. Get groovy.

"But this, like all journeys should be, was also a journey of the self, and I ultimately learned some intangible qualities of the human soul. A musical thread connects us, consistently from civilization to civilization. And that thread runs through you just as it does me. What patterns, and colors it will weave as the course of history plays out is only limited by our imagination and ability to dream." - Wang Leehom
