it sounds like the singer is called Girl or more specifically Guhl? If you can read Korean the singer is 걸

Who sang the graduation song with a man talking throughout it in the mid 90's?

I have no clue what the lyrics are...he sound like he was in his mid 40's talking about life before and after graduations.
