I don't know the correct term for the item, but it's what you wear around your stomach and it'd shake like crazy. It's supposed to burn your stomach fat with the heat. I hope you guys know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, DOES THAT ACTUALLY SPEED UP YOUR PROCESS OF BURNING FAT WITH EXERCISE? Have anyone experienced it? Any stories.. opinions... etc.

I have one of those,
and I use it to train my tummy and butt ^^

I've been using it for 5 days straight, and I notice my abs are kinda protruding again,
plus it's friggin' hard right now @.@

my jagun harabuji (grandpa) in korea had one of those. I don't really understand how it works, but maybe the shaking helps to break down the fat.

Oh! I saw a Korean informercial on this! Yeah, I hear it really is supposed to work. I think my aunt has it also and she totally recommended that I use it since it worked for her a bit biggrin.gif I kind of want to try it but I'm going to start using other ab stuff that I already have at home since they worked fine for me too :]

I have three aunts who have it. And my mom's friend has one at her house.

I heard its actually bad for your internal organs and digestive system. It just seems like any lazy way of exercise is just not exercise ph34r.gif

I tried it before, and I got pretty numb unsure.gif

All in all, I don't think it REALLY really works. My aunt's family who've used it for a long time (yes actually using every day or something) said it just made them feel ticklish and queasy over the time. LOL I dunno though, that's just what I heard

LMAO... i think i know what you're talking about.. I don't think it works though. It's most likely another infomercial gimmick. This reminds me of the suana belt rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

i don't know if this is the same thing...
but in toronto, i took my grandmother to get acupuncture, and in the same place, they had like 8 of these machines called "line shine" or like "S line shine" from korea. they actually let me try it while waiting for my grandmother...let me tell you, it was strange. they took this belt with various protruding things on it and put it around my waist. there were also these two pieces that i put on my back. then they made me take my shoes off and i had to put my feet on the machine. my feet felt like they had pins and needles, and my stomach felt odd as time went on. does anyone know what i'm talking about? apparently it burns fat but i really don't know how well the thing would work if you used it consistently.

i just dont understand why people buy these types of products.
not to offend anyone of any sort, but...
why spend all that money on machines when you can just do simple excersizes such as sit-ups, push ups, or simply, run or jog?

In order to gain a healthy, fit body such as having abs, one must work for it...

If you're talking about those belts that sends electrical impulses and supposedly gives you muscle contractions and help lose inches off your waist then I assure you it does not work
