hey guys, my parents are getting a new car this week.
they have decided on these two,

bmw 528

Base Number of Cylinders: 6 Base Engine Size: 3 liters
Base Engine Type: Inline 6 Horsepower: 230 hp
Max Horsepower: 6500 rpm Torque: 200 ft-lbs.
Max Torque: 2750 rpm Drive Type: RWD
Turning Circle: 37.4 ft.

or

lexus gs350

Base Number of Cylinders: 6 Base Engine Size: 3.5 liters
Base Engine Type: V6 Horsepower: 303 hp
Max Horsepower: 6200 rpm Torque: 274 ft-lbs.
Max Torque: 3600 rpm Drive Type: RWD
Turning Circle: 36.4 ft.

my dad wants the bmw, but i want him to get the lexus,
the lexus is a 3.5 L and has 303 HP
while the bmw has a 3.0 L and 230 HP

the bmw seems like it wouldnt have as much power, but i guess the power isnt a huge factor, just the driveability, reliability, comfort, etc etc
if you guys know about these cars like comfort, safety, features and what not, please share!
thanks

why dont you just test drive them and compare the two. i would go bmw, b/c of the baller status. its like this one saying...not matter how fast it is, it's still a honda. not to mention the high re-sale value of a bmw.

BMW if they're looking for something more sporty

LEXUS if they're looking for pure luxury

Definitely I would go for the BM I mean Lexus just screams out fob (atleast here it does) Like all the people who sell bootleg stuff in Chinatown comes in in a lexus. It's like Armani exchange can't wear that stuff anymore. Your not driving who cares how fast it goes.

pick the one that uses less gas

based on looks,

Lexus screams old people
BMW, old, but still hip

BMW designs their cars for someone who wants to enjoy the drive.
Whereas Lexus only appeal to middle-aged asian women.

there's a reason why Lexus is the #1 luxury brand in the United States...
Lexus has way better build quality and its name is just as "baller status" as BMW...whether you're rolling in a Lexus,BMW,Benz

so my parents bought the car yesturday.
they got the lexus gs350.
and i think they made the right choice.
its dark gray and with that 18" alloy wheels, it looks hot.

the only downside i see is that the front driver and passenger seats, there is like NO head room from persons head to the roof.
