My problem with ep10 was that it was not memorable. So much emphasis was made on the date and with so much efforts from all the characters in making the date special, I failed to understand why the production team did not film more of the date and arranged the bad guys to appear later.

I totally agree with you. The date was not memorable IMO..I think it's back to the direction again, it wasn't done in a particularly impressive way.
WZBQW's amusement park date was special because it was directed in a way that the very special moment between the couple was meant to leave a long lasting impression on both the couple itself, and us the viewers as well. The lines were alright..but the sequence of how the date was planned out was tooooo ermm...stiff and NOT romantic. I really wish they could have gone for a cheaper but sweet date..

I liked the date; my only complaint is that it was too short
I didn’t mind them dressing up for their first date; I’m sure all of us enjoy going all out once in a while. Plus, theoretically speaking, they can always have “normal” dates later on, if nothing breaks them up

I loved XT’s words when she said that she doesn’t want any other type of man, just her AJ

I wonder if XT will ever know about AJ climbing the coconut tree



Anyway, something I also wanted to bring up is that there seems to be a lot of foreshadow in this episode
1. when AJ read the book and it says habit is not love
2. the book says when there are intruders in a friends-turned-lovers relationship, the intruder’s presence may not be so obvious until it’s too late
3. DK’s words about trust in a relationship and how we tend to forget it

all these combined, I think TianJiang will be separated



oh and i agree with Jo, AJ's jealousy and childish behavior, especially in the beginning of episode 10 with DK, was overdone

Well, I just finished ep. 11

Wow, a lot going on there.

DK seems to have finally shown his true colors. Luckily for AJ that Bulu and FW are there to help him out.

On a side note-I really did not like what Qian En was wearing. That was an ugly outfit. The color was just wrong.

I think I read somewhere in Asianfanatics that there may be another girl that will be casted into the drama. The previews for ep. 12 seems to imply there is going to be another girl...afterall AJ did sign some stunt acting contract deal.

I wonder if the girl will be DK's ex? That would be a nice twist to the story.

So far the show is testing XT's belief in him. We haven't seen AJ get tested...all he does is get jealous and acts childishly. He has to believe in XT that she's not going to leave him. I really don't like the argument he doesn't have faith in himself to be able to provide for XT. A real relationship is built on trust and working together and through the problems. Maybe that's the eventual lesson AJ and XT will learn.

episode 11 was pretty intense and DK was so manipulative but I somehow expected that...ever since DK came into the picture I never liked him...there was just something about him that made me think he's not as simple as he looks

I don't understand chinese so I was watching it raw and reading the spoilers from asianfanatics...but there's this part where I think FW and Bulu found out about DK's motive or something like that right? and AJ and XT seems to keep having misunderstandings that it's frustrating...Why didn't AJ just ask XT about DK hugging her and what he did after that too!!! Instead AJ got mad and just kept everything to himself

yeah DK gave me a funny feeling.. his looks tell me he has something up his sleeves..
plus the way he looks at AJ makes feel he wants to provoke him..
though Aj was childish in some ways... his jealousy..
i think who wouldnt feel that way..

acting too close.. giving him leeway always..
plus that thing about the cracking the case..

What I’m saying though is that no blame at all should be put on FW, Bulu, or AJ because they had all the right in the world to be on FW’s island that day

but it takes an even better actor to make us sympathize and love them (like AJ )

We can’t blame AJ for feeling insecure, it’s only human instinct
If anything, it only shows how much he loves her, that’s why he questions whether or not he’s worthy of her
Although AJ needs to trust XT’s words more than DK’s, XT needs to understand AJ more as well
She knows now that AJ feels threatened by DK, she should rethink her actions (such as always siding with DK, etc…)

After all, there are two sides to a problem

Yup, it's always two sides to a coin.
So i think that's their biggest lesson..
To learn to trust each other
To learn to believe in their significant other..
Also, to learn the value of friends..

I cant blame jealousy, after all everyone has it.
If you feel that much
I feel AJ feels he is not worthy cause he is not rich or anything
Just a simple guy
XT has a lot dream guy wishes
DK knows what to say to push XT..
There was some truth to it also..
They have to have faith in each other now and learn to give it.

he is so charming, and he never fail to amaze me with his superb acting

Yeah I finally got around to watching Ep 11..and I loved it soooo much, despite AJ and XT being cold towards each other most of the time.
I liked it because I was able to feel the intense chemistry as much as if AJ and XT were being lovey dovey with each other..altho they were not in this ep.
I liked it because AJ was exceptionally different in this episode..I'm not sure if it's AJ or MD I saw..but there definitely was something different about his acting here. Totally mind blowing..
And I liked it because I watched it after reading QE's new blog entry or Ming Dao..hahahaha.. Have you guys read it yet?

Finally we know DK's a baddie..and surprisingly, I have nothing against him yet! hahahah.. cos I know XT will eventually come to realise that he's not what he appears to be at the outset - and it will be a happy ending for our couple Yeah!

fans were speculating on who this Mr. M is

she writes very highly of him, saying this Mr. M is someone she could trust, someone who understands her, etc...
