wait..i just realized, why am I trying to predict what Georgina and Serena did in the past? isn't it in the novels? btw for someone who's read the books already, how closely does the show follow the book series? (other than the physical appearances of the characters because I heard that aspect was totally different) just wondering..

In the novel Georgina hooks up with Nate(they meet at rehab) and they take horse tranquilizers together(at least that's what I remember). She has nothing to do with Serena in the books. The show has some characters from the books but they change some of the plotlines and character traits like in the book Blair had a little brother(who was 12) named Tyler and Serena's bro was older and in college and Serena wasn't such a goody goody Mary-sue.
My fav character in the books was Aaron so I hope they add him(he's introduced as Blair's stepbro later in the books).

About Jenny's love life in future episodes, i've heard two things.

1. that she will attempt to seduce nate at some point...

2. that she meets this new guy Asher who is a dog walker, and she thinks he might be the pathway to permanent popularity. (and i think someone wrote a few pages back that he cheats on her, and dan tries to tell her but she won't believe him...)

i'd love to see her TRY and do 1. because i don't think Nate has ANY interest in her so...it might be nice to have her knocked off her high horse once and for all. i dislike her strongly but i would like to see her reformed back to the sweet girl she was at the beginning...

oh and if anyone wants to know, the gay character is.......Eric. (duh!)

Now that I count up all the things Blair did, it is pretty cruel of her on her part as well.

To be honest, Jenny isn't hooking up with Nate at all. Since those so called friends of hers were saying how close she is with Nate she decided to use Nate to get back at Blair to show her "buddies" that she can be like Blair get whomever she wants.

Well she's back is because there is no reason to cut her off. She's Dan bestfriend although she still likes him she hides it. She's helping
him now study for the SAT and stuff. Over an all she's there to support Dan though hard times. Even the the N and V couple is a bit weird
but I'm glad they hook Nate up with somebody that is normal. What I meant by that is that, he can be with somebody that isn't rich,
have fun being who she is and isn't a person who wants to battle among the rich people and trying to battle against each other (Jenny and Blair)
and she knows how to have fun without using alot of money. That is why he's so happy in the clip when he's around her.


I was rewatching some part in episode and the scene where Jenny dump pudding on Blair hair, didn't the camera view Chuck and Nate. For some reason
I notice Chuck staring at Blair with those eyes...dunno how to describe it but for some reason I felt he still has something for her. do u guys see it too or is it jus me?

I just watched episode 14 and honestly, it was boring *for me*, but I loved the scenes between B and J
J is worse than B. B just makes J run errands but J humiliated B, I actually felt sorry for B.
And I think J is manipulating N since N seems a bit naive.
What really frustrated me was that J was easily forgiven for stealing a dress!!
J sure knows how to turn things around.

Jenny i hate her but she provides good bratiness to the show so she is great entertainment to watch because i cannot wait till Blair gets her revenge on Jenny, lol
Blair by far is my fave character because though she is a "beep" she still does care for the people she loves, and i love seeing Serena and Blair because i think they are a cute couple, i want to see more of that. Friendship and female bonding. I like Chuck but i don't know i always see this innocent character come in and change him, i want him to go through this transformation of love, yes he looks good with Blair but i don't feel that they can do anything more because Chuck loves Nate more then Blair, lol. if you get what i mean.

Anyways is GG following the book or are they starting to verge? i havent read any of it? can anyone tell me, thanks

^ the series has always been quite loosely based on the book from the beginning...as someone stated on the previous page, the characters are *largely* the same, but the story line is different. they take ELEMENTS of the book and use it in the drama but...essentially...theyre not at all that similar. I've only read the first book but i can safely say alot changed from page to screen...(heehee...pretentious!!) -- for example...jenny had big boobs, dan and vanessa are GOING OUT and neither of them are supposed to look remotely like how they look in the series (i think Vanessa has a shaved head or something and Dan is this grimey grunge rocker person...), errr...the modelling thing (that was the focus of a whole episode in the series with S usurping B's position at the photoshoot and stealing the limelight etc etc) was like this minor thing in the book that had nothing to do with blair or her mum...cant remember anything else, AND im rambling...

i dont honestly understand why people are so adverse to the N and V pairing!! i found N quite a boring character, and V was quite standard too, and seeing as N clearly isnt going to get back with B any time soon, i dont understand the objection...Just, neither of the characters mean enough to me for me to care...so i think its nice.
