I will never understand you Nate Archibald. ...Well, at least not your writers! >:0 I just had to say that...even though I'm late..but...his character build up is just all over the place. His break up with Vanessa was like wtf, already? I find myself agreeing with most of the talk here about the show being so random nowadays. It's frustrating as a viewer just because yeah, it seems as though everyone in the show has like some memory problems, and nothing is really flowing. Even this sudden Serena/Gabriel/Poppy thing is random. I think Poppy is very pretty though. lol.

I think the only relationship I like right now is the one between Rufus and Lily. <3 Even if they aren't the main, they've had more of a stable story/character development than I can say for the rest of the upper east siders. I always look forward to seeing their scenes. And the scenes with Rufus & Gabriel in the recent ep., I was like omgz no ;o; ...Rufus is such a good guy...I hope Gabriel didn't take his money. T_T Even though the rest of the characters and the so called plot is annoying me right now, I'll still watch..lol..idk why...maybe the hope for more Rufus & Lily..haha. "

Haha it seems like this show is losing its viewers due to the randomness they jus stick in to get the season over with. Seriously I don't get why the writers have to make Nate character so flakey I mean like one he's in love with Blair and then Serena, back with Blair then the duchess then Jenny and than Vanessa and now Blair. He needs to freakin stay put with a girl for crying out loud! As for Gabriel I really don't care about him at all he's not gonna last long on the show anyways

I first fell in love with gossip girl after reading the books. Anyone who hasnt' read the books, you're completely missing out.

I was kind of disappointed when i first saw the books becuase the producers did not stick with the book's storyline, but after giving a chance, i fell in love with the t.v. show as well. Season one was awesome, but season two is just a mess. Like why is nate with all these girls? yes , he's a playboy, but his main girlfriends are serena and blair, just like the archie, betty and veronica circle lol. Chuck and blair? they were never suppose to be together! what are they doing?

they should shave vanessa's head and make her all gothic and please for the love of god put her in school! just like the book. lol

either way i love both the book and the show . but please writers, stop dragging out/rushing the storylines, we need more regular paced episodes.

i luv watching Gossip Girl right from the very first ep.
i think that now as the show grows stronger all the charatrs are more interetsing and better looking, espcially Nate Archibald.
however, i've been busy nowdays so i've missed a lot of eps.

Wow Gabriel is a selfish and deceiving idiot. I'm so angry with him and Poppy. Georgina DEFINITELY did not change! I think she's just acting like a good girl, but she has some sort of scheme up her sleeve.. probably something against Blair.

My heart dropped when Dan said that he and Serena have 0% chance of reuniting. I really wanted them together .. Atleast they are dating in real life haha. Nate is such a good boyfriend but he has to trust Blair more.
Although Gossip Girl is a mess, I am still loving it. Hopefully Blair will not wander back to Chuck.. I feel that Chuck is just too darn disloyal and promiscuous!

Yeah, I need to stop doing that...or well, I don't think I'm reading too much into the story line...cos' I meant to say in my post that there's lack of a story line to read anyways..since everything is all up in the air almost. But yeah, this is just a guilty pleasure show like you said..even if I complain a lot I know it's still a light watch at least...my brain doesn't hurt at all watching this....lol...it's only like..ugh, I wish the writers would do more with Nate. He's good eye candy but useless..lol.. I remember there was a episode where he was completely not even in it, and it was before he left somewhere. lol..but I think it was funny how no one even asks where he's at...plot hole~ (yes that was awhile ago, but I remember plot holes) Sometimes with the characters..it's like their only important..sometimes.. Although I have always been a die-hard Chair supporter, I am starting to sympathize with Nate.
Blair deserves to be happy, dammit.
Although she will probably have the most stable relationship with Nate, I believe her true happiness lies with Chuck.
Nate can provide her comfort and a peace of mind, whereas Chuck poses a thrilling challenge that her heart naturally gravitates towards.
The battle between the white knight and dark prince continues!

Chuck and Blair. Hmmm... he loves her blah blah blah but think he only remembers he loves her when the writers feel it's time for the Chuck/Blair action. Other times, he forgets about her.

Nate is so cute even though he's almost as boring as Dan. I don't even know why he suddenly decided that he loves Blair again and is putting so much pressure on their relationship. And actually advised Chuck to express his feelings to Blair? WTF? That is not realistic at all. If Chuck is in denial about his feelings, isn't that better for him? They keep taking this good guy/understanding friend BS a bit too far on these shows.
