yea, they wouldn't drop the bomb on this one on just the first season. if blair was pregnant then the show would kind of spiral downward. there wouldn't be much material left. it might just end in a cliffhanger though. ooh wouldn't that be juicy?

Anyways back to the new epid, I'm so sad for Rufus and Lilly. Serena was being very selfish, it's not like Lilly will marry Rufus, they can just live as a couple without being married. I wish they ran away before Serena came home. Gosh! =( And I also wish that Lilly at least dropped a tear from her eyes. That part was so heart-breaking. Who could refuse a man like RUFUS!!! I demand a better ending for THEM!!!! Booo hooo.

About Chuck, Nate, and Blair, this epid, I feel extremely sorry for Blair. It shows a softer side of her, the side that she had 1 year ago before all the drama in her life and family. I hope Nate will understand =( They look so cute and beautiful together. Grr! No Jenny PLZ!!!!

svetlaella, that is a pretty interesting idea! May be Chuck and Vanessa should indeed give each other a shot =D.

I don't know why, but I was very disappointed with this weeks episode, maybe because my fantasy about Rufus and Lily being official skyrocketed and crashed down back into the ground before it ever had a chance to lift off, haha.

Ep. 12 wasn't THAT great, but I still enjoyed it. But I can't wait for the finale. Poor Blair. She's my fave right now. ^^

since they were the first series to be picked up a whole season, they got more episodes written before the strike got underway. but there are only 13 episodes written so the next epi is the last of the season dear.

this show is MOVING EXTREMELY SLOWLY. I want more Gossip Girl! lol. its the guilty pleasure of me and my girlfriends..love seeing what each character wears next (did anyone notice that during their assembly where the new headmistress addresses them that the St. Jude boys are all wearing proper attire while the Constance girls are all wearing random outfits, meanwhile both are prep schools that have a dresscode? haha. they looked cute at least).


ahhh can't wait until the next episode! even though I'm pretty sure Blair is not pregnant. Am I the only one that likes the Chuck/Blair pairing? I knew something would happen btwn them ever since the first episode, where they were both at the party and Serena-Dan-Jenny left and she said something to Chuck about "she better not show her face around here again". yay C/B!!!

I am confused about one thing though...like someone mentioned already..werent there postings on Gossip Girl that Blair and Chuck had a thing going on? and doesnt Nate sometimes read GG or at least hear about it? or were the parts when Blair and Chuck hooked up not narrated at all by GG which means nobody had a clue? I remember the scene where Blair was dancing on stage at Chuck's burlesque club was narrated by GG but not sure if the rest of their night was. I didnt pay close enough attention.

^i think like in the books, the narration doesn't 100% account for GG's knowledge, as in sometimes she says things in the voiceover that's probably not on the website. not to mention, she's always pretty cryptic with her words, so she could be referring to anything.
