How Do You Get Rid Of Fat In Your Thighs?

I hate my thighs, and i wanted to know if there was a way to atleast tone them or make them look skinny...

cuz they look awful in jeans, shorts, and especially in skinny jeans... dry.gif

I hear stretching and yoga can help slim it but cardio work is the only way to get rid of the fat. So I'd say do cardio work and yoga as a routine. You'll see results only if you stick to it and be patient.


Cardio = Turbo Jam
Yoga = OJK Yoga

Lie on your side, and lift the leg that's on top of your other leg up in the air as high as you can, then move it back down w/o letting it rest back on top of your other leg. Do that a lot. Sorry if it was confusing. Think of them as "leg-scissor" exercises; at least, that's what I call them.

i think i understand what your talking about...

is it these ladies that are shouting, "1, 2, 1, 2, 1,2!"
and like their left leg is going up and down, and up and down??

exercise and if not
messaging with those body creams or just normal lotion in a back and forth motion :]
my friend did that to one of her calves and she said it got smaller LOL

Cardio exercises.

If you swim, i think "eggbeaters" are also pretty useful. It's usually used in waterpolo as a means of treading water without flapping your arms about. You basically squat (like your sitting in a chair), and alternate moving your legs (calfs? calves?), whiles your ankles are taut (feet not pointing down). It is really tiring and takes a little while to get used to. Once you've mastered the basics, try to do them with your arms out of the water, which, I assure you, is EXTREMELY difficult to get the hang of.

i recommend yoga for everything! lol


i've been doing it for a while now and i love it! XD it's fun and it helps my aching back(heavy backpack and bad posture ><"!).. lol.. i feel more relaxed and more flexible afterwards all the time

yoga does really help a lot... i got better sleep at nite too ^^ but it costs too much for my budget so i had to quit sad.gif If i cud, i wud have continued it ALL THE WAY thru ^^
