That's not unusual. Maybe he's picky, maybe he just has not been looking for a relationship. There could be many reasons. Maybe he's just shy?
You shouldn't find it weird at all.

Well he is a bit shy person...hmm...②&③ mostly fits him too. Well, thanks for your opinion! x)

question:

Is wearing lingerie a good gift for a guy's 1 year anniversery/sweet 16? fwahahah w00t.gif

well, i would love it, but i'm in uni...
just ask yourself these questions...
do you look good in it?
are you prepared of what comes after? (sex), cuz a gf wearing lingerie infront of you is a clear sign for sex.
do you think your relationship is ready for it, becase it varies from person to person, if it's ok with you, then go for it. (keep it safe)

QUOTE(machii @ Jul 19 2007, 12:58 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
how often is often? like daily/weekly/monthly?

& thanks to everyone else who helped me answer the question smile.gif

it's like, just whenever we feel like it, and if we really like you, it'll be multiple times daily,

QUOTE(Kyebaby1 @ Jul 19 2007, 12:58 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
hmmm.
why is it... that when a guy asks a girl out ....
in my experience, i dated a guy. i asked "what do you like about me?" && right before i broke up with him "do you even really like me?" his answer... i don't kno, i guess

so my question: can anyone tell me wat this means???

sorry to break it to you, that guy was probably just infatuated with you, and when you guys broke up(assuming that he initiated it) the infatuation was over.

HEEEEEY!People!!! Ami here with a question. (( OMG ITS HER FIRST TIME POSTING HER AHHHH RUN AWAY! *gets shot* )) Well, I want to know your opinion on this type of guy, guys. What do you think of a guy who only had one girlfriend (now ex) in his lifetime? I'm a sophhie (aka==sophmore) in feb. and the guy I like only had 1 girlfriend in 7th grade . . . Is it unusual? What do you think of him? Please answer and if you do, THANKIES&COOKIES FOR ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chocolate chip toooo! xD

not really unusual, still too soon to say "lifetime", lol, he still has many years ahead...

-I'm close with my mom, not all guys are though, like eminem. Not too sure why some guys treat their mom bad, they probably have a grudge against them for something they did in the past. There can be many reasons
-If I had one, i'd be okay with it as long as the guy wasn't a jerk, which lots of guys can figure out instictively
-This one really depends on the guy, if he's one of those guys that likes to date and sleep around a lot, and doesn't really want to commit to one relationship, then it will probably scare them more than guys who are the exact opposite of that. Guys that don't do that stuff will probably get a little scared but it's probably beccause theyre nervous, instead of not being able to see other girls for the rest of their lives crazy.gif

-some guys are close to their mom. i have a lot of respect for my mom because she raised me and all. guys that treat their mothers badly are clearly douchebags. but they will eventually learn to treasure their mothers.

-i wouldnt know because i dont have a younger sister...lol

-yes, the word marriage frightens me because im no where near that stage in my life right now. i would just ignore that word entirely if it is mention towards me.

I'm not particularly close with either parent, but I'm definitely closer to my mom than my dad. I admit that sometimes I mistreat my mother because I feel that she gets on my nerves with her nagging.

As for my little sister dating someone, I don't have one, but I have girls whom I consider my little sisters, and let me tell you, I'm extremely protective of them. I don't want them getting hurt, but in the end I have to let them make their own decisions.

I'm not scared of marriage at all, in fact, that's one of my life goals, to get married to the girl of my dreams. Some of my best dreams at night revolve around married life.

I'd tell my friend that he better watch out and not hurt her or else I'll kick his tushie.

What if you found out that your girlfriend can punch harder, run faster, jump higher, etc. than you can? Disgust? Amusement? And why would you feel that way? Just curious... o.0

I'd be at first a little shocked, and then I guess I wouldn't care. Actually one of my closest girl friend fits that description fairly well (well minus the running, but you get the point) and I really feel comfortable with her.

Although I've never had a crush on that friend, so I really don't know how I'd feel if I went out with her

It depends on how far you two have gotten. If you two have gotten that far, then yes, it can be VERY good.

do you think a guy would like that better than a material gift? ie: ipod, etc.

Okay, so, I met this guy in my summer internship at a hospital -- he's a year older than me
And just to make things short -- I like him, a lot. I hang out with him for the entire day basically, morning, lunch, afternoon, after class and usually sit next to him. But, I've heard that he likes older girls and he's just nice to younger people. He's had quite a few relationships in the past

I really don't know. I wish he could like me back. I don't think he does, because he doesn't treat me any different than other girls.
He's really friendly and nice to everyone.

So, my question is, the intern is ending in less than 3 weeks, we live in different boroughs, go to different schools and we may not even see each other again if its not for a relationship. Should I tell him how I feel... or is it not worth it?

He's the perfect guy though, I swear I'll never meet someone like him in my nerdy school.
ack I don't know what to do, I really hope time goes by slow i don't want to think about not ever seeing him again =(

Well, I'm not going to lie that my video iPod was the "best" gift I've ever received in terms of use. I use it everyday and take it with me everywhere.
But the gift of virginity (or rather, loss of it) was even more special on an emotional level. Sure, I don't have sex as often as I listen to my iPod, but I'd rather have sex than listen to music. If that makes sense. Not that I'm some horndog or anything.
But again, it will depend upon your boyfriend. Is he more of a materialistic guy? or is he more of a "the little things in life" guy?

well he likes stuff too, but he always tells me that he'd rather have me be with him than buying him something. I was thinking I would get him a little something too and then later, uh yeah. hahahaha

[-__- well, we already did it before, -cough- but I think we made a mutual agreement not to do it again until we were older..(don't ask haha) Of course, there's always other things to do.. if you get my drift.]

lingerie can get pretty damn expensive too. ph34r.gif

Do a little of both. Basically spend the whole day with him and give him a little gift. Preferably one that you made yourself. Or, if you don't want to make something, buy him something and then make him dinner. Whatever follows dinner is your business. :]

haha after reading the heartbreak cafe thread I just have one question. This is purely out of curiosity. So its seems like alot of guys, well according to the girls stories, usually tend to lose interest in a girl after they go out. Is it true?
