Yes a guy would mean it if he tells a friend he thinks a girl is cute. It just looks bad on the guy if he calls a girl cute when she's not and his friend knocks on him for having bad taste in women. Though there are always the moments where a guy will pick out a horrible looking girl and say she's cute to his friend only to have a laugh. I've seen that happen multiple times.

Cute for me is something thats attractive in a way where you're not sexually enticed. I mean if a girl is hot or sexy then she is looked upon more as a piece of meat. If a girl is gorgeous and beautiful then it's something more than just sexual attraction.

Personally I prefer cute.

It's exactly what it means. He thinks the girl is cute. He's not too crazy about the girl, but he is interested.

It's because we got a whole bunch of other stuff to deal with and it gets us really stressed out.
And we don't want to be all "perfect" and "nice" all the time, because it gets annoying.

The waiting game is the worst game ever. You have to at least hint that you're interested, and I am assuming you are, by what you've said so far. If he knows you're interested, then it's easier for him to talk to you because there is a lower risk of rejection. However, if you are going to sit there and wait for him, it could work, but then it could also be a while, and maybe never. So seduction works best. I'd say you come to class in a two piece.

My question:
If a guy has lots of girl friends, but seems interested in a girl that is probably not as attractive as his girl friends (he and she are not that close friends to begin with) does that mean he's just really desperate for a relationship? (lol)
or does he just like to make girls fall for him?
He is probably not a caring sweet nice guy who's friends with everyone either, a little arrogant, not a bad person though, but not one of those great genttlemen lol

i think i just made one of the most stupidest things in my life... so the guy i like were getting back on good terms after being on kinda bad terms and kinda avoiding each other... we started hanging out a lot again and talking more often and what not... and my best friend who until now has never liked a guy in her life (shes 22 btw)... so i NEVER in my wildest dreams would have thought that she would fall for the guy i like... her being the type of person she is was afraid to tell me that she liked him since everyone (including him) knew that i liked him and the only reason i found out because another friend of mine told me that she heard a rumor that they were dating... so of course since my friend repeatedly told she me she wasnt interested in him i believed her, so i told my friend that its probably just gossip... so after meeting that friend i call up my best friend and told her that i heard such a rumor and instead of giving the response i had expected from her she tells me that she kinda wished that the rumor was true, which totally shocked me. so both of us kinda slept on the issue and agreed to talk about it more the next day (which was two days ago) and i came to the conclusion that since things have been kinda rough with me and him anyways i'd see what he thought of her, and if he was interested in her i'd let them do their own thing. so i told my best friend and she agreed so i sent him an email pretty much telling him everything about the rumor and how she felt and how i felt... so theres no response to the email (which i kinda figured after reading it he wouldnt reply anyways) however the only reason i know that he read it is because hes avoiding my phone calls... so i yeh i like this guy... REALLY like this guy, but i dont think its worth fighting over with my friend with, and if they get together then... i guess thats what was meant to be. however, i have a few friends who are telling me that i did something really stupid and that it was "possible" that he doesnt have feelings for her, but by sending that email i might have sparked something... so my question is... should i have done that?? its not like i can change back what i did... and another question is... me and my best friend are going to see him tonight cuz its his cousins birthday party who also happens to be a good friend of all three of us, but is unaware of my best friend liking her cousin... what do you guys think his reaction will be? obviously each guy is different... but i just wanna get a feel of what could possibly happen?
