okay. so say a girl and guy is chatting online and they've known each other for almost 3 years now (met online). so the guy compliments the girl a lot like 'ur so cute', and with greetings like 'hi beautiful' and maybe sometimes 'baby'. so the girl has admitted that she had/has a little crush on the guy and that hes cute but she loves her boyfriend so shes just admitting something for the heck of it. and the guy says, he has a crush on her, thinks about her at work and sometimes dreams about her. he has said he hasn't been in a relationship since 4-5 years now, and the girl asks why not ? and he says he hasn't found someone around him worth getting into a relationship except for this one girl, but she already has a bf so he just backed off. (back to the main girl & guy) they chat and webcam for almost everynight now for about a week ? so i was wondering, is this guy interested in the girl in terms of a romantic relationship ? i mean, shes not really close to him (in terms of distance), shes about 8-9 hours away.

what does it mean when a guy says he doesn't want a relationship? does that mean he doesn't want to see me at all? i never said i wanted to be in a relationship either, but he keeps bringing it up. and although he doesn't want to be in a relationship with me, i get the feeling that he doesn't want me to see anyone else. there is a picture of my really good guy friend on my phone, and when he saw it, he asked, "who's this?" when i told him it was just some cute boy, he seemed to get annoyed. and then another time when my brother was on the phone with one of my friends and he wanted to talk to me, i shouted, "tell him i'll call him back." and then he asked, "call who back?"

so confusing...

Is "she" still with her bf? If so then that can be considered cheating.

Second, he definitely wants a romantic relationship, but I don't know how you would handle an 8-9 hour drive.

In the morning, I went to leave my bf a comment on his myspace and I saw a comment that said " don't you have a girlfriend " from one of his guy friends so I was like wtf. I went to his friends myspace & went to the picture w/ a girl in it & he left a comment just like yesterday saying " aye!! shes cute. lol " or something. I've been really upset about it all day. Should I talk to him? Or is it normal & I'm overreacting? ;/ But if I talk to him about it, it's like I'm hella all in his business but if not, I know it's gonna bother me? I talked to one of my guyfriends about it & he said it's normal as long as he doesn't try to go for her? Blah.

Cute: Think stereotypical Asian girl... sweet, good face, shy, innocent
Pretty: This term has many meanings, the one that I see it most used is if a guy has no interest in a girl, but admits that the girl is good looking (although hot is more often used in this capacity) to be honest, I've really never heard pretty, and the sparse times I have it has been in this context
Hot: Boobs... face.... outgoing..... or it can just mean, "Yeah, she's pretty hot." As in she's good looking, but she's not my type/I have no interest
Sexy: Again one of those things that is sparsely used amongst guys I know (we stick to cute, hot, beautiful and beautiful is just one of those things that never gets used but has meaning... I'll get to that later)... I really don't know the meaning because no one really uses it
Beautiful: This is a huge compliment... the guy has interest and you're gorgeous

Also with your first question... well if he does this to a lot of his girl friends, then it's probably nothing. Or if he's just a regular flirt and you guys are close friends it probably means nothing. If he's in anyway somewhat shy... even a little bit.. it probably means something...

if a guy calls another girl "Hey sexy" or "Hey pretty girl" it probably means the guy likes the girl.
If the guy thinks of her as a friend then the guy would probably never greet her like that
unless there is a inside joke to it O_O.

^tofude, you'd be surprised. i have a lot of male friends who do that...and supposedly have no interest. one of my friends used to do that to me all the time, and he always had steady gfs 0_o

poopiness, im ignoring him because i stil care for him and its too painful for me to have to deal emotionally with him and his playerness/talk abt girls/shenanigans with girls rofl....i jsut think its easier for me to deal with if i dont talk to him, as hard as it is overalll and as much as i miss him...i guess it wil ease the blow when he leaves as well......i dunno. would guys usually realise what was wrong or be totally clueless abt ignoring them?
