I need advice please..

I met this guy at this camp thing and we've talked a little (not really). He seems a little mean to others but he was really nice to me (well, what I've been reading from this post is considered a nice guy) ie) when I won an award, he was the only one who congratulated me, which was him yelling congratulations over the clapping

So since I was too shy, I never asked him for his contact stuff (facebook/myspace/sn etc) but I searched for him on Myspace (stalker? :X I hope not) and found him. I at first debated whether or not to seem like a stalker by friend requesting him but I just did it. Was this a good move?

Ok, this is kind of long.

Anyways, there was this guy I met 5 years ago at my cousin's party. I guess you could say it was 'like at first sight'. Anyways, he lives in the bay and he only comes down once a year for my cousin's party. I would lose that feeling for him then when he came down the feelings would come back again. It wasn't until 2 years ago that I found out he liked me from my other cousin. After I found out, he and I started talking. He was really sweet, mostly everything a girl could ask for in a guy. But my sister started telling me that he and I couldn't be together cause of personal reasons. Her words got into my head and I ended up lying to him, saying that I didn't like him anymore. My cousin told me he was really heartbroken and so I tried talking to him, to tell him the real reasons why we couldn't be together, but he wouldn't talk to me.

I've been trying to talk to him and it wasn't until 2 weeks ago that he started talking to me again. He told me to call him up sometime and I did and we started talking on the phone like we used to. It was like he still liked me and I believed it, yet I had some doubts. Then, a couple of days ago, he started ignoring me. Now I'm really confused because if he's ignoring me now, why did he ask me to call him up sometime in the first place? Was he just leading me on to play me or what? Did he even like me when he told me to call him? What do you think his motives were?

Well I don't GO for younger girls. It just happens that they are younger. I guess it's because I'm still a kid inside. 1) It could be that he likes you, and so he's teasing you. It doesn't seem to be ill-natured. Seems like flirting to me.

2) A girl has never told me to stop when I was flirting with her. But you should be straight foward when you tell him to stop. Just say you're not comfortable with it, and why. Be honest.

1) Do you want to know because you think he says it because he likes you, or do you want to know because you don't know if you're cute/pretty? Either way, if someone says you are cute/pretty, believe them. Don't question it.

Let's say you love her, but what if she really does pursue dating someone else and you don't keep in contact with her anymore (since it is painful for both of you) and soon her new relationship is already hitting the six month mark. Would you just move on seeing as how it is long-term as well?
Or what if YOU told her she could date and you would wait till she realizes things more clearly Would you eventually stop waiting if her new relationship outlasted your old one?

No, We will not wait for such a time as to outlasting the relationship between us and I wouldn't really believe such a thing as 'break' after a long-term relationship like that. Well, at least not a excuse for dating another.
