u place it right where your left foot is (where your big toe is).

middle is only when you're using a 5 iron or higher

u place the ball near your right foot when hitting pitching or sand wedge.

If you're left handed, everything is opposite

i quit golf a loooooong time ago.. but my whole family plays golf. my aunt, uncle, and cousin are teaching pros. my dad is old so he doesn't hit scratch anymore but he teaches really well. better than most pros in my opinion. he can fix or find a swing according to that person's skill and abilities.
my brother wants to go pro... and i know a lot of the korean junior/young golfers around.

i'm thinking of picking it up again though...

yeah put the ball closer to your left foot (if your right handed)
and when tee the ball make sure you can see at least 1/2 of it above the driver (it helps me)

I used to enjoy golf, but once I figured out that I would never master getting past the windmill I gave it up for good.

^ I quit after I took a swung at the ball and my golf club flew further than the ball at a range.
But I was so much older then, I'm much younger than that now. --Bob Dylan

^^^jaja yeah that is so true.
if your dad's handicap was really in the mid 60's he shouldn't only be on the pga, champion's or nationwide ttours,
but he should be pretty up there in the rankings because that is really good.

Golfing is a sport. I golf. But what people can't get past is that most golfers are old, much older. Ditto for lawn bowls.

Golf is surprisingly really fun, its one of those sports where it is super boring to watch but super fun to play. I was actually going to go and try to join my school golf team, but I didn't want to spend a grand on clubs that the coach wanted us to get.

Yes, golf is a sport, but it's a very lazy sport.
I won't bother since I won't read the rules and they won't accommodate.
