exfoliate that: use foam wash with fine bead/particle to scrub it to remove dead skin. Buy moisturizer that is for dry skin and apply on it regularly! After eating and stuff, wipe your mouth and re apply mois. regularly!
Hope that help!

yeah, exfoilate the area, and to help it even more i put vasinline over the dry areas before i go to sleep. then the next morning i put on my regular moisturizer! and BAM! flaky skin is gone. but if it comes back, i bring a small bottle of lotion with me at all times. heehee

try mixing like a very light lotion(doesn't have scent) with baby oil then put it on your skin but dont put too much baby oil or else it would be pretty greasy

I 2nd all the aforementioned advice, and I would like to add one more.
Take omega 3 and 6 capsules. It helps me a lot.

Why are you taking capsules? There are plenty of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in many foods.
There are yes, but I'm sure many of us don't eat spinach, nuts, and salmon on a daily basis. I mean, you COULD, but generally that's part of the reason why we all take vitamin capsules. we get our vitamin intake, but it's general not enough to be really really beneficial.
A tip: if vaseline or petroleum jelly feels too 'thick' for you, try Aquaphor. It's like a cream-type of petroleum jelly. Same moisturizing tendencies but it doesn't feel like it's suffocating your skin (vaseline feels too thick for me at times). Sometimes in the winter, when my skin is so dry it HURTS, I'll put some Aquaphor on over night and my skin feels oodles better by the end of the day.
