Uploading Pictures From Ipod Nano is there a way to do it?

ok i recently lost my ipod nano, and i realized that i had alot of personal pictures of me and my boyfriend on there... i was wondering if there was a way for who-ever stole my ipod to upload my pictures online? .. cuz before i didnt think that there was a way to upload pictures from an ipod.. but im having doubts? thanks in advance for whoever can tell me the answer!!
