you know when you're waiting for someone to pick up the phone when you'r calling them, and theres the usual connecting tone sound, what does it mean when theres a beep at the end of every tone? does it mean the other person is currently on the phone? this is a verizon number if it helps. oh and im 100% sure the beep is not because someone else is calling me.

my phone does that too o.0 like only when i call certain people though. No idea.. i don't think they're on the phone though, cuz if it was my phone would say "waiting" while it's calling, but it doesn't. I wondered what this was too tho. anyone know?
