so basically my car was parked and some idiot hit the back and the front of my car hit the back of the car in front of me..so what im asking is by the pictures do you guys think i might be able to get a new car?? its 06 accord sedan and i really dont like the idea of getting it fixed and driving it around again...

Wow that blows.. Well the insurance company will probably cover it for you if you have to get rid of the car. That is if you have full coverage. Im not sure how much they'll give you for your car though.

even with full coverage, i think they replace your car only when it's deemed totaled, meaning the repairing cost exceeds the value of the car...

It looks pretty bad. From the looks of it, it doesn't seem like it is damaged enough for them to write off the car and cut you a check. If the front was as bad as the rear, that would be a different story altogether.

True. That happened to me where the costs to fix the damages actually exceeded the car's total value.
