I got an effing 8 on my essay, and still somehow managed to get a 690.
Although I really wanted to break 2200, I can't complain. It was the first time.

CR 690 (94 %)
M 660 (88 %)
Writing 760 (99 %)
Wow! Thank god for my writing score to bring me over 2110 mark! Although I said I was going to stop once I reach 2110, I am definitely taking it again. Did I do that bad in math? ^^ Hopefully, my math will go up quite a bit next time.

AAHHH, but I did it! I got a 2020!
Critical Reading 630
Math 800
Writing 590
- Multiple Choice 64
- Essay 6
-.- I got a 6 on my essay in March too and I thought I did better this time. :/ I guess essay-writing's just not my thing. But oh my gawwd, I couldn't believe I got an 800 on the math!! I thought I did super-well but wasn't expecting that! And I'm proud of my critical reading score too because I usually don't do so hot on it. I'm just really happy. =)

Well-- in my case, I live in a rural-suburban area where it isn't quite competitive.
Still, you know the deal with Asian parents and all.
But it's not so much since, like I mentioned before, small area = less competition.
Anyway, I'm just making excuses here.
Critical Reading: 620
Math: 660
Writing: 670
Composite: 1950
I was pleasantly surprised with my writing score, seeing that it's my weak spot. But Critical Reading-- that's been my area of expertise the past year. However, when I was reading the passages, I couldn't stay focused.
Darn. I really wanted to break a 2000 at least. Hoping for a better score the 2nd time around.

Math II and I got a 770.
Yay for Princeton Review! It helped a lot.
... I'm really suprised at my score though, because I skipped a whole bunch. (Around 7?!)
o_o
I thought I would get in the 500s.
I'm taking Biology and US History in a week.

For people who did well on the SATII math 2, how did you study?

thank you
Lit was super easy I honestly don't know how I got that score but I think there was a part where I messed up in transferring the answers to the answer sheet.. (because I was being careless - maybe it was like 3 questions or something, dunno >_<).. or I'm just making excuses up, lol.
Review literature vocabulary (like onomonopoeia, etc) and just practice a little bit, it should be fine. I didn't really study for lit..I was more focused on Math 2 because Math's my weak point.
Also I suggest that you read something before you take the Lit exam in the morning.. because my brain was sleepy and dead so it took me a while to really focus and read the passages..
