does lighting affect the sharpness of a photo? i took a picture of something really close up a few weeks ago and then went back and tried it again with my camera but now it keeps coming up blurry. can someone please tell me WHY?

Definitely. It's difficult for the autofocus to focus in the dark since it can't see well. Plus the colors can come out incorrect... That's why people use flash smile.gif

Don't you use focus? Sometimes flash cause lighting problems, better to turn off flash when doing it. Turn the camera on indoor/night mode.

Not sure if your camera has the option but look for an option that has a flower on it. That's your focus option, and then change it to the flower setting. That setting lets your camera take upclose shots of objects.
