You can probably buy the phones, but it won't work unless it's GSM.

You can get bsolutely everything in Hong Kong if you know where to look. I wanted to buy an Anycall in HK and it ranged from 2000-4000HK. This is the version without the warranty. If you want it, add another 1000HK onto the price. No point in getting the warrenty unless you actually live in HK. Ahp Liu Street is like the cellphone street in HK. Go there for everything related to cellphone. I think you can get DS in HK. Theres this place called Golden ____ (something i can't remember) Which is like NERDVILLE. All gamers, techies and fake games reside there.

you could make a trip to sham shui po where golden something complex and ap liu street are.
go to various shops to ask about the DS because their console prices varies according to what you look like to them (an idiot to ripoff or a casual customer).
the phone prices should be pretty fixed unless you look like someone they could really rip off.

sin tak in mongkok has phones too on the entire ground floor, and game stores on the second level. and mongkok is more accessible.
