I figured out your webcam was made by Micro Innovations. I however couldn't find your exact model numbers because I couldn't find the picture on their site that matched yours.

You can try to find it yourself-

http://www.mic-innovations.com/Support/Drivers.aspx

Or you can go do a Windows Update, Choose "Custom" instead of Express, and on the left see if you have anything available for hardware.

I was able to download drivers for my Micro Innovation webcam like that.
