how do i find out which sound and video/graphic card i have so i can download the latest sound and graphic drivers for my comp?

If the drivers are currently installed you cna go to your device manager Start>run>"Devmgmt.msc" and look at like video adapter and sound/multimedia devices to see whats installed to work from there.
