Any here that go to UNSW or USYD around here? or even Western Sydney, or UTS!

I'm at UNSW doing Psyc right now...

i wanted to go to USyd dentistry... i did all the tests and got an interview place, but then i got rejected dammit... may or may not try again 2006

thing is, i live in brisbane and i took a plane trip down there for the interview... i tied a blue handkerchief to my laptop bag because a lot of people have dell laptop bags and i didn't want mistakenly take someone else's from the luggage train... anyway i walked through sydney and a lot of people gave me stares, including the police... then when i got to the hotel i realized i hadn't taken the handkerchief off and i realized it may have been some sort of gang-related symbol in sydney

wierdos...

there was a really cute girl called charlotte though... if she got in she'll be doing 1st year dent in 2006

I'm doing Medical Science in USYD, Second year next year...

but I borrowed most of my textbooks from UNSW library if USYD runs out of copies (such a traitor...

I made use of my sisters' library cards since they both study in UNSW...)

Oh, and by the way, a bit of background story: UNSW was my first choice that I considered going after graduating from high school. I applied to the medical school, got the phone interview (since I'm an international student), but then I thought I did pretty bad, because even after I sent them my TER (UAI equivalent), I got rejected. The second option is Chemical Engineering, but I'm not too interested since my sister's already doing that. A week after that I got an offer for Medical Science in USYD, so here I am now...

hmm..ive completed yr 12, i'm thinking about doin medical science but its a toss between UNSW and UTS (can't get into USYD, haha)....i'm clueless though, which uni is more renown for that course?

Everybody that i know that is in the medicine field do it at Usyd.

But i would rather goto UNSW over UTS ... just cos UNSW has a overall better reputation, and greater international appeal than UTS.

hehe nahs i live in melbourne and most likely going to Monash uni or Deakin uni majoring in computer science and transferring to Law after one year. lol

Today I am one workout stronger than yesterday!

you're an international student ay? where from?
g'luck with 2nd yr. the assessments during the semester are not too hard but the end of semester exams will kill you in terms of memory work. word of advice: don't leave all your studying to STUVAC! you'll go crazy.
