SAT IIs - Will colleges look at your scores if you don't send it to them? Or rather, can they?

I'm pretty sure that college board sends all your scores (you dont get to choose which)

So if you don't send any scores to a college, they won't see any, but if want them to see any of your scores, all of them will be sent
