Taking Princeton Review too. My brother took it before and he raised his score by like 200-300 points. He told me that he got a teacher who was a semi-jerk and didn't really care about his students. =/ But I'm definitley sure every teacher varies. =)

hey there ^^
i just decided to take princeton review at temple city education center
you can go to eopinions.com to check out opinions on princeton review, i found it through google and most reviews there from the past students seem to be pretty good. about elite, i have a friend who used to go to premier academy with me, and she's pretty darn smart ( straight As). she changed to elite and her scores still haven't improved the whole year, stayed at 1500.

hope that helps in some way smile.gif

my opinon on test centers (although i haven't been to one, so i can't necessarily testify wheter if its good or not) is that one doesn't necessarily need a test center/tutor unless u really need the motivation.

http://admissionsadvice.mywowbb.com/forum5/78.html

this may help when trying to figure out how to study for the SATs.
one factor one may consider is whether or not a method you use to study in a test u learn in the test center seems realistic or not.

one advice i can give you is that sometimes there are enough strategies in good books (excluding the blue book, but the blue book has nice pratice tests. probably as realistic as it can gets). a suggestion i'd use is the barrons 2400 book ONLY as a strategy book. if u go to a test center, ur just paying somebody to motivate u. try to see what works for you.
