usually after gym i just eat a tuna salad wrap
maybe if im still hungry i eat some fruit + yoghurt

n how long do u wait b4 u eat? i eat bout 30 mins later...

how bout u guyz?

After vball games I just eat snacks that the team brings. Like oreos or fruitsnacks and caprisun smile.gif

I don't really eat anything after I workout. I just have a lottt of water. For some reason I'm never hungry afterwards.

after exercising, i usually don't have an appetite, unless i didn't eat a meal before. then i go for the healthy things like fruits, veggies, jamba, subway happy.gif

Experts recommend eating within the first 30-45 minutes after you workout. It's best to eat protein and carbs to maintain your muscle mass and help your body recover from the workout. Usually, I eat grilled chicken salad, fruit, and yogurt.

I eat nothing , but after I work out I get super hungry so I eat peanut butter and honey x P

You should eat about an hour after workout. Reason is because your body will act like a sponge and soak up all the good and bad stuff in your food smile.gif. me.. I just drink water. haha
