YESASIA as a whole is not all that reliable in the first place. Their system might be buggy sometimes, I don't know.
Plemix has the best prices, but the service can be vary. I have bought from them twice and I have had mixed results.
I ordered one phone, which came three days after I placed.
But on another order, it never came. After a week, I had to contact their customer service to find out that the phone was out of stock. The dumb thing was that I was still charged and they did not even notify me about the problem until I contacted them. Good thing they refunded the money.
