Not bad, but not great. I like your voice, you have good potential but i think you chose the wrong song. Younha has an amazing powerful voice and it's hard to imitate that. The song seemed a little high for you and sometimes the background music/vocals drowned your voice out.

Try a different song, especially since this one has been done too many times, thats a little lower in range. Singing higher doesnt necessarily mean better. I have a deep voice for a girl so i choose guy songs usually .

I really like your voice though and dont let any harsh comments keep you from working hard and getting tons better!

P.S. trying breathing through your nose a bit to get rid of the nasally-ness

i like you voice, but i think it's kina soft in this song...this song is more of a rock type and the voice should be clearer...maybe try singing a ballad ...
