i was just wondering-
is a teddy bear a bad gift idea to get my boyfriend? is that too feminine? :/
we live far away from each other so we dont get to see each other often
so i wanted to get him something that would keep him company ^^
i was thinking of making a special build-a-bear for him
and put an inside joke we have as the name of it D:
is this a lame and bad idea?
That sounds cute!
You can make it look like you and tell him it'll keep him company since you're far away. ;D

But the 28th is our 100 day anniversary and I have NO idea what to get him. I want it to be something special since it is one of the big days for Koreans (he moved to the US ten years ago and I'm about as white as you can get skin-wise xD; ). He's a training sushi chef working under this really friendly sushi master and is surprisingly cheesy for how much he teases everyone in a joking way. I have the feeling he's might be getting matching rings for the two of us, but I'm not completely sure. Any ideas? =3

That sounds good and cute. I say, go for it. =)
and he knows... but he doesn't like me but we're still on good terms
his birthday is coming up in a little less than 2 weeks
he's turning 23. what would be an appropriate present?
i asked him and he says he wants a gf...
and whatever it will be...
i'm going to go to his house and leave it at his front door. (and send him a text in the morning)
Eight Years?

its me and my bf's upcoming 2 years. he's always bought my presents, random gifts, my birthday, christmas etc. we're both really fine about this present thing, we dont celebrate our anniversaries every month, we're happy with having a nice dinner. but the past few times (xmas, easter, bday) i haven't given him anything! he's fine about it, i just usually pay for dinner. but i always feel bad but i really have no idea what to buy sometimes!
so next month is our 2 years, and i want to buy lots of gifts to make up for it. his 21st was this month and i didnt get him anything either. any ideas?? i have no budget
so far i've got:
- shoes (we passed a store and he hinted he liked it, but no i have to get his shoe size, and im a bit worried because he said it looked ncie on the rack but looking nice after wearing it is a different story)
- cologne
- memory box? (i read this somewhere in the thread)
- clothing (but alwyas worried if he actually likes it, and the sizing)
- chocolates
hes said he doesnt want any wallets, belts anything like those as hes got plenty
oh also we're going away for a few days, and i've upgraded the accomodation as a suprise and im considering adding an additional night. but since its for a few days, i can't really cook/bake anything as a suprise as food with go off

Does he play any games? How about buying him a system he doesn't have ie PS3/Xbox/Wii? Since you're thinking of making him a memory box, take out the system and use the empty box as the memory box, and he'll think he's getting a game console, only to find out that it's just a memory box. Then somehow reveal to him later that you did in fact get him the console

How old is she turning? I'm guessing a few of your friends are pooling in some money to buy her something together. How about a DS/DSi with a flash card? If she's in university, how about getting a net book for her? (The really small laptops used for note-taking)

In June it will be my boyfriend & i's 6month anni. and it's very special to me. I have no idea what to get him, only ideas I've thought of so far are.... white gold matching his&her's bands thats it.
Also, in June we're moving to together, I'm following him to another state (yes we're that serious) any ideas on a great home warming & anniversery gift? (nothing too expensive but has a big wow factor and useful to it?)
Thanks in advance everyone.

I'll spend my day with him on our 21st anniversary, since that's how we always spend our anniversary, just sitting and not doing anything, except for watch a movie, or play against each other on pool.
Then on his birthday, I was going to get an ice cream cake from coldstone (I work there so I get discount too) and get him this since he doesn't have a phone and sometimes not know the time. xD. One of his favorite brand he loves (as well as mine).
First choice | Second choice | Third Choice
*My bf's spent a lot of money on me even whenever I tell him not to get me anything. Which choice is a good idea?

here's a site for bracelets it's a site from a few pages back from someone else's post. i personally haven't ordered from there but it seems pretty trustworthy.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Sorry to say this though but the necklace looks very feminine for a guy to wear, think you should just try to re-sell it. >_<

Is she a girly girl? Then perfume or makeup or clothes or a handbag would be fine.
If she's not then perhaps a stuffed toy? =\
Or something she's really into....or an album filled with photos of you guys together & friends.
