to get a couple for their wedding? I'm sure they will be getting tons
of money/red envelopes from the grown-ups and I dont want to
just give money!
I want to give them something matching maybe? beautiful and thoughtful
but also useful....I dont have a budget limit either.
They are pretty rich too for such young people, im one of her
bridesmaid and she is making me wear 7 different dresses and shoes
from chanel!! and payed for it all so I honestly have to give her
something of equal calibre but its so incredibly hard!
What do I give a soon-to-be-married couple who probably has
everything already! Shes pregnant so maybe something for the baby...

Here's what I have so far:
Touch: Stress ball, those cooling masks, or whatever else I think of (he stresses about school too much)
Taste: Chocolates and homemade brownie mix (he likes to eat them but he's lazy)
See: Architecture books (they're expensive but I think it's worth it)
I'm stuck on smell and hear (I'm trying to stay away from cologne, lotions, candles, mix tapes, etc.)
Any ideas? I'd like both to be $40 or under since the books are so expensive.
He's turning 21 next month, he's studying to be an architect, and he stares at his computer a lot for schoolwork which means he's going to be sitting in his room for long periods of time.
He likes random things like this hollow wooden frog that makes croaking sounds when you roll a stick against its back and this magnetic thing that magnetizes little screws on top of one another.
Thank you for any ideas! <3

for hear- what about those relaxing classical music CD's? you can find them for $10 and less and they seriously work!
for smell- maybe a diffuser? or maybe aromatherapy? http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/category/i...egoryId=2484528

Since Architecture books are expensive, why not make him a youtube vid of things he likes and get all your friends to say a nice birthday message? You can even Rick Roll him at first if you like
For hearing, how about something that can record your voice (like a card or a plushie) and give motivational messages like "do your work", "you can do it", etc. He probably won't use it much, but I think it'll be cute

Most people have a wedding registry. Ask her if she has one.
There is no obligation for you to spend excess amounts of money just because your bridesmaid's dresses are expensive. Something thoughtful is enough.
Also, nix the baby gift idea. You're buying a wedding gift, not a baby shower gift.

My friend once got her boyfriend matching towels, pink and blue and embroided their names on it.
I think it's quite cute .. but it's way under your budget lol.
It's something they'd definitely use
You could also buy them a really beautiful photo album for their wedding photos.
Not those cheap ones you get at Target or anything..
I'm thinking, AWESOME pretty ones
Just think of everyday needs and turn them into something cool.
Maybe a wine glass set? Then gel paint their wedding date on two of them with names as well?
Be creative

In October, I'm expecting to see them for the first time in three months and I was planning on getting them a gift. I don't have time to buy gifts, so I decided I wanted to make something for them. They're all in their 20s and adore art, like music and drawings. And this may sound weird but they love tye dye shirts. I'm not sure why!
I was planning on making them a message in a bottle (you know like little stars with messages in them) and tye dye shirts with their favorite colors and their names but I wanted to give them more or a DIY gift they won't forget.
Any suggestions?

It's my 3 year anniversary with my bf this Friday and I still haven't decided on what to get him yet... I'm really busy so I don't have time to make anything. In the past I have bought him clothes, shoes, jewellery. I haven't figured out what to get him yet

I'm going in the states this weekend... in NYC and I'd like to know where I can find stores where they sell cute couple things.. Well preferably not too cheesy and stuff... He doesn't rly wear accessories so smtg simple would be better and I'd also like to buy him a new shirt or maybe 2 and it would be g-star since it's mostly what he wears .. What do u guys think? I know this is a bit hard but I can't rly decide what to buy him lol

Hey I did the whole 5 senses thing for my ex-bf's birthday so I can sort of give you an idea for smell and hear that I used.
For hear, I made a video of me wishing him a happy birthday and some personal messages and posted it on youtube and gave him the link before he opened up his gift. Or you could create a mix CD for him to listen when he's driving, or needs to de-stress during tests. For smell.. I gave him deodourant as a joke.. but it's kind of hard to think of a gift for smell besides cologne. Sorry!
