Hey everyone!
My friend needs to get my cousin a Christmas gift, and we set a max limit for each other of $10,
and she really doesn't know what to get her. So can anyone give some ideas on what's a decent
(or gag gift) for under or at $10?

Jewellery is a good idea, like earrings or something vicx.gif
It isn't too pricey for a nice pair.

Is it weird to give a guy friend hair products? o_O

Definitely not.
It's normal if the guy's into hair and such smile.gif

Well first off, my girlfriend is 18. She's a typical asian girl... for the most part =P. I need help deciding on her christmas gift.
I'm planning to pick two from this list. Doesn't matter which. I'm also open to suggestions.

Which Two Should I Pick?
1. Tiffany's Loving Heart Necklace (She Likes Pink)

Pink Sapphire? Diamond? or No Stone?
The pink sapphire is actually darker and more colorful in person. It's not so baby pink.
There's also a option of putting a diamond on instead of the sapphire. If it's not pink it might go with more outfits? I'm not sure. The stone is really small.
Or no Stone?

2. Tiffany's Open Heart Necklace

Or should i go with a classic one? (But it seems everyone has this one)

3. Ipod Nano

4. Matching Earrings

Or matching earrings for whichever necklace I buy her?

Aww, thats really cute of you.

I personally woulnd't choose any of those possibly because i dont waer any other necklace than the one that i have and am wearing. for my one year, my bf got me a tiffany bracelet. You can try and get her that as well and add engravements. maybe promise rings? diamond ring? hehe

Hmm, or purses. gucci? lv? wallets? shoes? thats what iv'e been getting.

OOO roses! don't forget roses. i thikn roses are the sweetest thing. I used to hate them, kus they were annoying but a rose can maen alot to a girl.

jrreynolds: I would go with the matching necklace and earrings. And like Lazyvietangel had said, engravements are also a cool idea as well. Add on the back <3 *insert name* or something. The Ipod Nano is "meh" to me. If I was a girl I would probably be happy but it doesn't really mean much. Unless shes been wanting one for some time. Also make sure she doesn't have like really special earrings or necklaces that were given to her by some family member or something. Cause then there could be some conflicting problems. Cause I was willing to give a friend a friendship ring for Christmas as well, but she already has a really special ring that all her family members wear. And I kinda don't want to break that from her.

Lazibratt: If he's changing his hairstyle, it depends on which. It also helps to know if he had previously styled his hair before and with what product. If you are unsure, I guess I would go with a shirt. Because I used to be really into hairstyle for about 3 months and I stocked up on a lot of hairstyling products. And now theres still some leftover that are not even open since I lost my motivation to wake up and style my hair.

Thank you for replying =) I was thinking that too, but my friend has no
idea how to pick out jewelry hehe. We came up with an idea to make her a
t-shirt with Pocky on it, and buy her a lot of Pocky sticks haha.

why do you keep strumming on the strings of my heart?

2 of my cousins are coming to australia on thursday morning (from korea) and i was thinking of presenting them both with a gift, card and a rose at the airport. they'll be here for a while.. as long as up to 5 years so their first impressions will last a longgg time. the older cousin is female, around 22yo. younger is male, 16yo. i honestly have NO IDEA what their personalities/likes/dislikes are because i haven't met them in 7 years. i can't afford to spend too much (around $25 each, excluding card and flower) and would rather buy the gift than make it.

My friend's planning a christmas party and wants to do a gift exhange, but she doesn't know what the gift should be. Something that's not too expensive (5-10$) and suitable for both girls & guys. Last year, it was underwear lol, it was pretty funny to see what the guys picked. Any suggestions will be very appreciated ^^ Thank you~

I'm in a nutshell. So my youth group and I are going to a retreat center for winter on the 26th.
We'll be doing Secret Santa kinda, except we don't know who to give it to until we GET there.
I'm guessing we'll pick out of a hat and just exchange our gifts.
The gift has to be in a range of $1-10. No more, no less. But it's really difficult, since it'll have to be unisex.
The only thing I've though of is a scarf, which I cannot find for $10
My mom suggested candles, but not all 6th to 12th graders might not like candles. Any ideas would be so nice!

Need some opinions on my gift idea:

From what I've observed, this guy doesn't like chocolate much. I've heard him say he doesn't have a sweet tooth. Yet, once (almost 2 months ago) I had a bag of Hershey's Kisses (the ones with almonds) in class, he asked me for one and kept coming to my desk to get more, so I'm guessing he likes those. So I want to wrap some of those nicely and include a note that refers to that one time, 'cause he might think it's sweet of me to remember =D

Our relationship? I like him, and he knows because I've confessed recently. We didn't know each other that well, but after my confession he said he would really like to get to know me more. He definitely doesn't mind me liking him, lol. I'm still shy around him, so we don't talk that much, but we smile and say hi and stuff. We're just not going out because of reasons.

I'm not planning on giving anything big, so how's my gift idea? =)

I want to give this Key to my Heart necklace for my girl. I think its really cute and I love the quote on the box. But do you think the charm is small and hard to see when worn? It costs $69.00 so its not that bad. What do you guys think?

^that necklace is really cute. the key might be hard to see from a distance but i don't think it matters because anyone close enough will see and admire it =D

This Xmas is also our 1 year anniversary.

My bf is really obsessed with cars, so I'm thinking about giving him something for his car...but u know, I'm a girl and I don't know much about those stuffs.
He has a toyota solara, any suggestion?

I want to buy a build-it-urself car kits too, but iono where to purchase that, or a toy Solara car, but iono where to buy either biggrin.gif

does anyone know?

thanks a bunch tongue.gif

And for other gifts, I plan to
- Make a handmade card
- A comic in which he is a super fat guy but very charming tongue.gif (in chibi form of course)

My boyfriend has a toyota solara too! haha I was thinking of getting him a car model kit but I couldn't find it in any toys r us or kb toys stores. My guy friend told me to go look in toy stores that sell like action figures and stuff. Sorry, I wasn't much help lol

Yeeeah for this Christmas, I got my friends a small jar filled with m&ms according to colour.
So the first base would be brown m&ms, then red m&ms etc until I filled it up =]
I just ate the remainings m&ms haha

My friend's 15th birthday is coming up and I have NO IDEA what to get him. I'm thinking of baking him cookies but I can't cook, let alone bake =X

I wanna give him something meaningful, since we've been goooood friends for quite a while and dramas been happening lately, causign us to drift. Something to make up for lost time but nothing too expensive ~ I've never been too good with giving presents to guys >_>; I thought of giving him a jar full of stars/cranes, but he's gotten that for his birthday last year.

Anyone have any suggestions for any gifts ?

This is my EXACT problem, except he's my boyfriend...
I don't want something too lovey, because we havent been going out that long, but I still want it to be creative.
Any suggestions?
