what do you get for a friend who's really close and her wedding is coming up?
she's around 24 and yeah, she's like my sister. i have no freakin' clue.

hmm.. I always think a compilation of heaps of photos of you and the receiver in a big photo album is nice.
Decorate it too and it will definitely be cherished for a long time.

Like buy the album and print out photos from since you started being friends til now, esp. those that bring back good memories.

I've been with my boyfriend for about one and more than half a year. He turning 17 in 2 weeks, and I want to get him something sweet(not food).

He likes bunnies and plushies...Know any items that involves a bunny in it? xD Unique, cute ones...I don't want to give him just a pillow with a pic of a bunny on it..lol Too simple. I want to make him something too...like a make a small book out of color papers, draw something, paste a few pictures, and make a comment plus a long letter at the last page. I'm afraid it's not much use to him though....=/ What do you guys think? Thanks a ton.^^

anyone have any neat ideas for a 21st bday present for my friend? she's a girl btw
i kind of want something unexpected or fun. not too expensive though! thanks

Well, the big 2-1 is the drinking birthday so this is what I got for my best friend: a tiara that said "I'm 21! Buy me a drink!", a deck of dare cards to do at bars/clubs, shot glasses and a huge mug that said "F*ck off! It's my birthday!"

I think I got all of these things at Spencer's ... they have alot of 21st birthday stuff so maybe so look there biggrin.gif

A present I gave to some very SPECIAL to me xD
was a little heart shaped bottle filled with stars.
But it was only a certain amount smile.gif
Everytime I fell more in love with this special person I would add a star.
So I told this person to count all the stars inside, they did.
The person told me the number of stars was the number of days that we have been going out <333:)

Last Christmas I went and got one of my closest guy friend a jar. And filled it with his favourite lollipops. I went and printed all the pictures I could find of events I hoped would remind him of great memories and I made a scrapbook. On the cover, I covered it with plain white paper and wrote all his favourite bands on it. It took forever so if you don't have much time then it's probably not for you. And with the lollipops, you could probably substitute for something else he really likes aside from lollipops. I filled it with lollipops because they're his favourite candy and I remember him complaining his mother doesn't like buying him that sort of stuff so I thought it would be a thoughtful gift.

when he says my name, I can't stop smiling.

I'd like to know what to get my best friend for her birthday.

I'm willing to spend $50, tops.
She's turning sweet sixteen (very soon).
She's female, and can be considered a girlie girl.
She doesn't follow fads or any of that sort like brand names.
She's the type who loves romance novels, looking at photography, makeup, slow meaningful acoustic music and has a boyfriend.
She's Italian and likes simple stuff with big impacts.

help is appriciated

short moments, long memories and imagination captured on camera..

lol i've found a blog about giving guys orgami stars..
"Good Present:
ninja stars. uh....i don't think i have to explain this one. they're NINJA STARS.
Bad Present:
origami stars. ok, i get it - you spent a lot of time on these. you made every single puffy star with your bare hands. it symbolizes how much you care about me. ok i get it. but LAME. unless, origami stars is the main currency in japan that can be used to buy video games, LAME. when we receive them all we think about is how many hours you spent mindlessy making these and how bad we feel for you. you could've read a book, enriched your mind. feed the poor, help the sick. find the cure to cancer, or accomplish something great. instead, you made 1000 puffy origami stars out of paper that will most likely end up in the bottom of a box that says "WTF box"."
from chrischoi's xanga.

hmm.. i was thinking of making them with like lil messages inside for my bf for our 1 month.. maybe not so anymore lol
he's not asian either, so i don't think he'd appreciate it as much.. idk
any ideas for 1 month? we're going to the london aquarium and i was thinking of making him lunch.. but yea, i dont know
it's gotta be cheap cos we both decided that we're broke this month so yea lol hmmm

Asking the guys here...What do you like from your gf? x_x

I wanted to get my bf this bunny shape pillow (square shape with a bunnie head and tail at other end xD) and it can fold which makes it look like a regular plushie. It was so cute..but it took me 5 hours to look for it..and still can't find it sigh I also bought a heart jar with stars and hearts..made an envelope with a painted pink heart on the back and a handmade card...Isn't that too girly? >.< My bf likes bunnies btw and cute stuff

^ i suggest you prepare something special and not just a 'gift', maybe a romantic type of preparation. something creative.
not too corny but seriously sweet. did that make sense? lol
anyway, maybe go to a special place or something special between the both of you that would prolly say 'we've been through this & that together yet hoping that it'll last forever.' but not literally. biggrin.gif i know i sound corny. i think i should stop now.

oh wait! what can i give to a very very very close friend of mine who'll be having a birthday tomorrow?
he's somewhat sweet but tough guy. kinda leader image and all.
help asap please? biggrin.gif

I just come and go.
