Hey!

I will be a senior this upcoming 2007-2008 school year and like many other seniors, I have to start applying to colleges! My only problem is that I have a long list and I need to shorten it. I would like to know from current students about how they like the school, how's the diversity; just anything about student life. I would also like to know how rigorous the curriculum is. I know that I could easily learn about a college from going on its website, but I feel that asking the students themselves would help me much more.

Oh, and I really would like to do college visits, but I want to wait until my list gets a bit shorter and my family's finances get better. These schools are pretty far away from home (I live just outside of Houston).

Also, any advice from architecture majors would be majorly appriciated! I want to be an architect. ^^

This is my current list:
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (I don't know if anyone goes here, but if some does PLEASE tell me everything! This is my first choice)

Northeastern Univ.

Oh and I'm still iffy on applying to this university due to my SAT scores and current GPA, but info about the curriculum and student life would be great:

Oh and if you're an architecture major, don't be afraid of selling your school to me if its not on the list. This list isn't final until around October so it changes everyday. Also, I definitely wouldn't mind going to schools out of the country so if there's a great Canadian or British school with a superb architectural program that you go to, please share some information.
