Yeah, I can definitely type with my eyes closed. I am typing this post right now with my eyes closed. I''m pretty quick as well. I also know when I make a mistake so I can even backspace and correct things with my eyes closed.


EDIT: Not looking at the keyboard is completely different than tpying with your eyes closed because you can still see what yuo're typing with your eyes away from the keyboard but still on the monitor. By typing with your eyes closed it's harder to catch mistakes, I'm sure I wrote some since I'm still typing with my eyes closed.

Yep! I can type without looking at the keyboard/closing my eyes ;D I guess it's an okay skill to have since it makes it easier to type out long essays and stuff like that. I've been typing with the keyboard since I was 10 though ;o *sigh* those MUDs helped me a lot with typing haha

we had to take typing class in elementary school

i learned to type when i was in fourth grade
i'd have typing class every single day for about 40 minutes
i actually enjoyed it and im thankful because i can type my
reports much faster and without looking

Typing with your eyes closed is harder than just not looking at the keyboard. At least when you can see the monitor, you can see what mistakes you've made and go back to correct them. When your eyes are completely closed, all you see is...well...your eyelids. Haha. I'm typing all of this with my eyes closed, I've probably made some mistakes.

Oh wow, I didn't make any mistakes. I guess those classes in fourth grade helped xD

Well, only one letter wrong. Not bad for someone who uses the two-to-four fingers method. I agree that typing with your eyes closed is harder than not looking at the keyboard with your eyes open.

haha it took me like 2 times cuz I kept forgetting what I had to type.
but yeah. I type pretty fast too. I'm always on the computer.
