hey soompiers lets hear your bad experiences with dealerships and or service.

i have a couple of bad experiences with a couple of dealerships. my main one is with mazda...i drive a 2000 mazda protege and its my frist car so i try to take care of it as best i could. like i change the oil every 5000 km and stuff and like yeah get what ever needs to be fixed asap. however my transmission keeps going on me and it always seems to be right when the warranty expires. like last time i had it fixed was at 85000 kms and now its at 102250 kms and it just went on me again. i'm so fed up with mazda that i don't think i'd ever buy a mazda again. soo now i'm gonna battle it out with mazda to try to get them fix it.

my other experience was recently i was looking for a car for my gf with nissan and she found a car she liked and decided to put a deposit on it to hold it for a couple days and well they said it is fully refundable and well we've decided that the car wasn't right for her and well they refused to give back our deposit. and we had such a heated argument witht hem taht we decided to call the BBB on them and then finally they decided to give it back to us.

some dealerships just offer some horrible service/customer satisfaction.

One time I was test driving a civic and I wanted to be funny and so I said "Wow this car has a LOT of power I'm impressed!" I could then hear the salesman trying his best not to laugh his head off. :x Wait sorry thats not a bad experience, just funny ^^
