Eva's petitte frame fits the dress more.
Lindsay looks better in that dress, mainly because of the shoes.
Oprah's body fit the dress.
Hmm I think Hillary looks good in that dress because of the black stocking.

Hayden..though the dress is UGLY! I think she looks way better in it than Eva cause her skin tone, hair color, shoes&purse, etc.

Lindsay Lohan, I THINK..but maybe that's only cause I think she's prettier? lol

Oprah Winfrey, definitely. She makes the dress look better, and she fills it in more.

Hilary Duff. Her look just goes with the dress better, and it's cute with the black stockings.

Hayden...i like the mod look she went for XD
londsay lohan...she dresses it in a more 'fun' look
miss universe..her slim figure fits the dress better IMO
hilary and Nicky both look nice in that outfit <33

eva -smaller frame goes best with stripes.. since stripes make you look wider..
lohan -because i had to chose
universe -she's hot and that dress is just ugly...
hilton -duff looks fat or it makes her body look weird... the dress is way cute she just can't pull it off.

That dress compliment's Hayden's skin tone more and her hair color also goes well with the dress. Her shoes also look cuter too although i would understand why eva would have chosen those shoes to where with the dress because it also has stripy effect with the dress. Eva would have worn it better if the whole dress was white and if she had bracelets that are also either white or yellow. Brassy and the tone of those bracelets are too dark compared to the contrast of her dress.

Nia

She wore this better because she first off, her hair style isn't as balloony has Lindsay's that's because she has broad enough shoulders to wear that piece confidently. I find women with broad shoulders can always pull off anything that's tube top or off-shoulder smile.gif Tube tops are suppose to put emphasis on people's shoulders and collar bone, there's no point in wearing it if you're going to hide as much as both as you can.

Oprah

Oprah definitely wore it better in this gown, the cutting is suppose to allow the hidden patterns under it to bloom out. Ms.Universe i too slim for this gown so you can't really see the hidden colors under the black folds. When Oprah wears it, not only her but the gown also looks alot more alive and colorful. She also has the nice chest to allow the lining to trace out all her curves in the right way smile.gif Ms.Universe is gorgeous but when she wear it.. it just looks like lines.. when oprah wears it.. it brings the dress to life, more 3-D ~

Hilary

This was a hard one, but i'd have to say Hilary. She sports the better hairstyle to compliment her dress. nikki's legs are too bare and the dress would be too short to not wear anything under it, so it's good that Hilary had black stockings to try to make it more dress-appropriate smile.gif she also accessorized better than Nikki in this one.
