Stress Relievers How do you relieve your stress during midterm/final?

When I stress out during exam time, I turn out the lights in the house and put candles in the bathroom. Then I take a nice LONG and HOT shower. When I step out I'm happy again. rolleyes.gif =)

How about you guys? What ways do you relieve your stress (besides partying like crazy after exams are done)...

A great way to relieve stress for me is to play the piano. biggrin.gif Time flies by so fast when I'm playing the piano. It let's me vent out my emotions through my fingers and onto the keys.

I think about how much fun I'm going to have AFTER the final and kind of promise myself to have fun aferwards so that I'll keep studying... I think of rewards (like I'm getting a new laptop after this final) +_+ Food and sleep help me a lot too >_<

I would say movies, tv, hang outs, and some work out.

Soft music is something that always help for me. Or just taking one day on the weekend to do something I enjoy, other than doing school work or studying.
But mostly, I just do what others do. Go out and party like crazy cause we're happy that the stressful period is temporarily over^^

I participate in mein favorite activity- sleeping, to relieve stress. Can't stress out when you're dreaming about home-cooked food. <D
And it's not as if we get enough around that time, anyway. dry.gif

I go for a walk, read or nap. My favourite thing though is to turn up my music and dance/sing around for a bit. It helps me calm down and it gets my energy going!

When I was dorming & I was stressed:

1. Go to the game room and spend an hour or two shooting pool
2. Drink a Mocha Frap or smoothie
3. Try to hang out with my roommate and rant with her
4. Call a friend who doesn't go to the school (church friends^^)
5. Write on xanga haha.
6. Video games or TV

Usually, a long shower helps me. I like standing under the shower =)
