What Is A Typical Days Menu In South Korea?

I'm from Australia and i'm doing an assignment on South Korea and i have to include a typical days menu, could anyone help me out and post what you might eat? Thank you.

Kimchi [a WIDE varitey]
Gook [soup,stew]

All three meals are usually rice, kimchi, other "banchan" (other foods you eat with rice) except Korea's becoming americanized so sometimes people eat stuff like pizza and/or hamburgers for lunch/dinner and cereal for breakfast. There's also snacks like dduk-bbok-ggi and kimbap and roasted squid... >_<

Also students elementary, middle, and high schools get cafeteria food for lunch (it's basically rice and other food but it's school food)...
