[help] Page Cannot Be Displayed

My friend is having a problem with one website... (dbskexclusive.com/)
She's usually able to access it, but starting yesterday, she couldn't access it.
She's tried accessing it in both Firefox and IE, and still nothing.
She's also tried it on different computers in her house.
And she still comes up with this on all of them:

She can access other sites.
This is the only site she's having a problem with.
And she seems to be the only one, because other members and myself can access it just fine.
She's also the admin...so she wasn't banned.

Can anyone help?
Does anyone know what the reason might be?

I bet you, someone on soompi who asked earlier on "How to block a website" came here and asked. And I answered them telling them about editing their hostfile. And now because of them and me your friend's fan club site is blocked.

Google "How to edit host file"

It was me who faced (and still) that kinda problem with DeviantArt and I still don't seem to be able to access it though it wasn't mentioned in my host file! >(
