You can't. If there is a software out there, then you would most likely have to pay for it.

THe only phone that i know in canada that read korean font is samsung 707sc...

Argh, i need help on this too.
it pisses me off when korean song titles show up as tiny boxes on my walkman phone :/

But I think languages are set in the phones
& they can't be changed, deleted or added? T_T

yeahh i don't think Nokia/Sony phones would have korean font ... they'd have a higher chance of having japanese font. because those two are more japanese company.
if you have Samsung, or LG you'd have a higher chance of finding software to input korean. Or it will already have the korean option

Oh yes.. i just tried, and Japanese works on my phone (SE)! 
but thats not exactly good news for me anyway, since i dont read japanese lol
and i can't type it out on my phone though. i just renamed one picture with some japanese words and it appears on my phone haha.

It can be changed, but that depends all on the developers of the company upgrading the firmware.
