If you have read doraemon or even watched, you may have notice in several series, comics or animes where they needed the next day to rain, they used a puppet and hanged it hoping to rain the next day. Photobucket is being a bummer right now, so yeah, if you could think it, i would really like to know the name that puppet in English if possible.
I'm sorry if I posted it in a wrong place.
Let me describe it further,
Its usually in plain white cloth
Has a ball shaped head
For hoping to rain the eyes would be X_X
For hoping to shine the eyes would be ^^ or =D
Its for a school project, so yeah, if you could help or tried, i appreciate it. THANKS alot.

You're talking about this right?

They're called Teru-teru Bozu (shiny-shiny Buddhist priest). They call it "Qing tian wa wa" (Fair-weather-doll) in Chinese. I'm not sure about the difference in the eyes, but there was a Japanese movie [Be with you]- The other kids scolded the boy for hanging the doll upside-down because it'll rain that way.
Here's the wiki for it:
Teru-teru bozu
Hope that helped!!
